Tinble: Minor but important fix

Surprise! I didn't go to FRA this Saturday. Instead, I spent time on fixing an issue in Tinble that had been bothering me for a while. You see, when deleting a page or an article, the orphaned .reads files would cause all kinds of problems.

Up until now, I'd just manually delete the offending .reads files, but it wasn't exactly the most elegant workaround. Today, I finally fixed the issue. Now whenever an orphaned .reads file is detected, it's is deleted before it can wreak any havoc.

As always, the latest source code is available in the Tinble Codeberg repository.

On an unrelated note, it's the last day of summer. ☹️ But at least it looks like the weather didn't get the memo, so we'll continue to enjoy hot and sunny days for the foreseeable future.
