Mejiro work report

A few minor but important fixes today.

Replaced $_SERVER with index.php. It's more secure and slightly more legible.
Improved code, so it doesn't throw exceptions and warnings when Mejiro is fed malformed URLs.
Filenames in the Download details section are now hyperlinked.
Added focal length stats
