Mejiro work report

A few minor but important fixes today.

• Replaced $_SERVER with index.php. It's more secure and slightly more legible.
• Improved code, so it doesn't throw exceptions and warnings when Mejiro is fed malformed URLs.
• Filenames in the Download details section are now hyperlinked.
• Added focal length stats
