Simple logbook in ADS-B station

ADS-B station now has a super simple logbook. It can be used to keep records of aircraft you spotted. All data stored in a comma-separated plain text file, and you edit it using the editing page.

Update I thought I was done tinkering with ADS-B station for today, but then I booted my ThinkPad in the evening to check a few things... One thing led to another, and I ended up improving and tweaking ADS-B station here and there. I replaced the onClick events in the back buttons with good old a href hyperlinks, improved the table positioning in logbook.php with margin: auto, and optimized code in edit.php.
